At last the Palm Treo 680 has arrived! Following in the footsteps of the 600 and 650 before it the Treo 680 looks similar but has some new updates. Unfortunately Palm have decided not to add WiFi to this model which is a shame, although the 680 does have bluetooth and infrared. Some of the new features on the 680 are the threaded text, advanced dialler, 8 POP email account capability, easy to use keyboard and document editor. The Treo 680 allows you to edit MS Word and Excel documentation easily as well as displaying PDF files and Powerpoint files.

With 64MB internal memory plus an additional SD card slot for memory expansion the storage capacity is plenty for most people. The Palm Treo 680 plays MP3’s and has a voice recording option. The 680 uses the Palm operating system Palm OS 5.4.9 and includes many other integrated software packages. Internet browsing via WAP 2 and HTML is capable with this quad band mobile smartphone.

Offering email, easy to use keyboard and 320×320 pixel screen this Palm Treo is a nice little package.
